All data transmitted between your devices and SCOPE is encrypted using 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security). This ensures that any information sent to or from the platform — including job records, customer data, invoices, and login credentials — cannot be intercepted in transit.

Data stored on our servers is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest, the same encryption standard used by financial institutions and government agencies. Your business data is encrypted on disk at all times.

2. Infrastructure & Hosting

SCOPE runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure hosted entirely in the United States. Our infrastructure includes:

3. Access Controls

Access to customer data is strictly limited to authorized SolutionMonsters personnel who require it to provide support or maintain the platform. We enforce:

• Role-based access controls (RBAC) for all internal systems
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) on all privileged accounts
• Audit logs for all administrative access to production systems
• Principle of least privilege — employees only access what their role requires

4. Your Data Belongs to You

The data you enter into SCOPE — job records, customer contacts, invoices, schedules, photos — belongs entirely to you. SolutionMonsters will never:

• Sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Use your customer data to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Access your account data except when necessary to provide support, and only with your permission

Upon account cancellation, your data is available for export for 30 days. After that period, it is permanently deleted from our systems.

5. Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider. SolutionMonsters never stores full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive cardholder data on our servers. Billing information is tokenized and managed entirely by our payment processor.

6. Application Security

We take a proactive approach to application security:

• Regular vulnerability assessments and security reviews
• Secure development practices including code review and dependency scanning
• Protection against common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) including XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection
• Session management with automatic timeouts and secure cookie handling

7. Compliance

SCOPE is built with compliance in mind:

• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) — California residents have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data selling. We do not sell personal data.
• US Data Residency — all customer data is stored and processed within the United States.
• Data Processing — we process your data only as necessary to deliver the Services you have subscribed to.

8. Incident Response

In the event of a security incident that affects your data, we will:

• Notify affected customers via email within 72 hours of discovery
• Provide a clear description of what happened, what data was affected, and what we are doing to resolve it
• Take immediate steps to contain and remediate the issue
